Pharmacies are solely responsible for verifying prescriptions, dispensing medicines correctly, and complying with legal and professional obligations. RxNetic is not liable for any mistakes, omissions, delays, or negligence by pharmacies in fulfilling or managing orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content and branding are owned or licensed by RxNetic.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
